1. 服务说明
扫描王是一款基于 iPhone 本地能力的视觉工具，提供文档扫描、OCR 文字识别、PDF 生成、拍照计数、AR 测量、图片翻译、表格识别和图片增强等功能。应用会尽量使用 Apple 原生框架和本地模型完成处理。
2. 本地处理与隐私
应用核心视觉处理默认在设备本地完成，不主动上传用户选择或拍摄的图片、文档和识别结果。用户主动使用系统分享、导出、邮件或第三方应用时，相关内容将由用户选择的目标服务处理。
3. 结果准确性
扫描、OCR、计数、测量、翻译和表格识别结果可能受图片质量、光线、遮挡、设备状态、系统能力和模型限制影响。应用提供的结果仅供参考，用户应在重要场景中自行核对。
4. 用户责任
- 用户应确保拍摄、导入、保存和分享内容具有合法来源和使用权限。
- 用户不应使用本应用处理、保存或传播违法、侵权或未经授权的内容。
- 涉及财务、法律、医疗、安全或工程决策的内容，应由专业人员复核。
5. AR 测量与计数限制
AR 测量依赖设备传感器、环境光线和平面识别，结果可能存在误差。拍照计数可能需要用户手动添加或删除编号以获得最终准确数量。
6. 数据存储
用户生成的扫描文件、标注图片、CSV、PDF 和记录默认保存在应用本地沙盒中。删除应用可能导致本地数据被移除，请在需要时使用分享或存储到文件功能进行备份。
7. 条款变更
我们可能根据功能变化更新本使用条款。更新后的条款会在应用内展示。

Scanner Terms of Use

1. Service Description
Scanner is an on-device visual utility for iPhone. It provides document scanning, OCR text recognition, PDF generation, photo counting, AR measurement, image translation, table recognition, and image enhancement. The app is designed to use Apple native frameworks and local models whenever possible.
2. Local Processing and Privacy
Core visual processing is performed locally on the device by default. The app does not actively upload photos, documents, or recognition results selected or captured by the user. If you choose to share, export, email, or open content in another app, that content will be handled by the destination service you select.
3. Result Accuracy
Scanning, OCR, counting, measuring, translation, and table recognition results may be affected by image quality, lighting, occlusion, device state, system capability, and model limitations. Results are provided for reference only and should be reviewed by the user in important situations.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that the content you capture, import, save, or share is lawful and that you have the right to use it.
- You must not use the app to process, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized content.
- Financial, legal, medical, safety, or engineering decisions should be reviewed by qualified professionals.
5. AR Measurement and Counting Limits
AR measurement depends on device sensors, lighting, and surface detection, and may contain errors. Photo counting may require you to manually add or remove number markers to obtain the final accurate count.
6. Data Storage
Generated scans, annotated images, CSV files, PDFs, and records are stored in the app's local sandbox by default. Deleting the app may remove local data. Use sharing or Save to Files when you need a backup.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use as the app changes. Updated terms will be made available inside the app.
